We want you to love the item you are buying as much as we do, but if for any reason your not 100% satisfied, you may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased at Grace + Diane within 14 days after receiving your item for store credit.

To request a return log into your customer account and find the item you would like to return in your order history. From there you can make your return request. If you are unable to log into your account or have trouble finding your order please email us at shop@graceanddiane.com to request a refund. Please wait for approval before shipping your item back.

All in stock orders are shipped within 3-5 days using USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical shipping delivery time frame is between 3-4 business days however, you may receive your items sooner. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every step of the way! Preorders are an estimated ship date which can be found in the description of the product. Packages may be faced with postal delays beyond our control. Please let us know if you have tracked your item and are experiencing issues or delays.
